Screenshots aren’t showing up
Open iOS Settings → Tagshot → Photos and choose Full Access. With Limited Access, Tagshot only sees the photos you selected; tap “Choose Screenshots…” in Tagshot’s Settings to add more.
Some screenshots say “Couldn’t read”
Their originals may only be in iCloud. In Tagshot’s Settings, tap “Download iCloud Originals and Read”, or “Try Failed Screenshots Again”.
A screenshot has the wrong label
Open it and remove the label, or add the right one. Tagshot keeps your choice. You can also select many screenshots and change their labels at once.
Restore my purchase
Open Tagshot’s Settings and tap Restore Purchase while signed in with the Apple ID you bought it with. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com; Apple handles all payments.
Set up instant labeling
In Tagshot’s Settings, open Instant Labeling and tap “Add Shortcut”, then assign the shortcut in iOS Settings → Accessibility → Touch → Back Tap.
No notifications
Check iOS Settings → Tagshot → Notifications and make sure Background App Refresh is on. iOS decides when apps run in the background, so new-screenshot alerts can arrive a little later. The shortcut labels instantly.
